I love living in Barton Farms duplexes. Been here since July 26,2025. Whenever I need anything I just call or go to the ... office. I do enjoy chatting with the gals in the office?? Maintenance guys are friendly and do a good job, when called! I make sure I’m going to be home when I do call, and it’s always worked out for me. Barton Farms Duplex’s, is the first place I looked at. When I look at it, I knew I was the place I wanted to call home! I have lived in Barton Farms in one of the duplexes for 6yrs now. I must say that I am happy here, and have not had any ... issues. I have never had a break-in nor any other disrespect; and I have never had to call the cops for anything. It's quiet & peaceful, which is greatly appreciated. I cannot express enough how I feel about this community. I know apartment living is apartment living, however, the concerns ... are always addressed and responded to. I am hoping to transfer to a duplex when my lease renews next year. ?? If you know someone that is looking for a spacious, conveniently located apartment home, send them this way. The price is great for the apartment size, and you have lots of areas to walk. I have been in the Property Management industry for 11 years, and I cannot recommend a better apartment community.
